Social Anxiety ImprovemENT (SAPIENT) is a
medication treatment study comparing several drug
options for treating social anxiety. Call

Randomized
Controlled Trial of Atomoxetine (Strattera) for
Generalized Social Anxiety Disorder is a study
involving assignment to an investigational

INteroceptive Systems
UnderLying Anxiety (INSULA) is a study involving
cognitive behavioral therapy and functional Magnetic
Resonance Imaging (fMRI) brain scans for individuals
with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) or panic

Domestic Violence Research
Project is a study involving psychotherapy
functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) brain
scans for women who have experienced domestic
violence.
CALM: Improving Care for Anxiety Disorders in
Primary Care is a study to evaluate the
effectiveness of a program to treat anxiety
disorders in the primary care setting. Participants
are referred by primary care physicians at select
clinics.
FMRI (Brain Imaging Studies). Currently we are
seeking participants for a variety of brain imaging
studies involving healthy individuals. Compensation
